Returns Policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at mail@rennacopenhagen.com with your order number.
We will then provide a GLS return label or QR code.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
